Dr Bill Pfeifer does such great work, it’s as if he is an engineer too. He works out how the jaw moves and where it needs to be, how to help you, explains it very well and it really works. Very good. Needed to fix a chipped tooth and was done without numbing. No pain, quicker. If I had experienced pain, Dr Bill would have stopped and used pain killer. No need. Assistant Monica was relaxed and had me relaxed. I was skeptical after earlier experiences, but since Bill has taken over the entire area, much happier crew.
